Pipe Laying
Open-trench pipe-laying – Suitable for all pipe diameters. To start with, a trench is excavated along the planned pipeline route. If the soil does not offer a suitable pipe bed, the trench is deepened and bedded. The pipes can then be lowered into the trench.
Trenching
Trenching is a form of construction whereby a trench is dug into the ground. The trench is typically for installation, maintenance, or inspection of cables, conduits, or pipes underground. When undertaking a trenching work, our team adhere to all of the rules and regulations that are in place, and we pride ourselves on completing projects by maintaining the highest standards of integrity, quality and professionalism.
Ducting
Ducting, mostly carried out underground refers to the protective pipework through which essential utility pipes and cables are run underground to provide buildings with power, water and gas etc. Our team are very well knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to the choice of different ducting pipes in various colors where suitable, as different types of utilities and installations require different types of ducting. We usually work with rigid or flexible ducting, of diverse sizes namely, 110mm, 75mm, 50mm, 30mm, 25mm or 20mm.
Trunking and Conduit systems
Trunking refers to an enclosure that protects cables. In most cases, it is rectangular or square in shape and has a lid that can be removed. Using trunking systems together with conduit systems offers more convenience and flexibility. While trunking is the framework of each installation, conduits cover the cables outside the trunking system all the way to the outlet boxes. Alongside the trunking and conduit systems, our team complete the work with installation of base fixing for RJ45 or power sockets as required.
